Yep that's right I'm going to try and embrace my feminine side. Previous summer's have been full of shorts and such but this year I've decided to put my effort into dresses, especially ones I've created myself! (Currently working on a Maxi dress refashion!)
But the other thing about Summer is swimming and the beach sand with a holiday looming I'm in need of a bikini. So after looking in the shops and trying some on I reached the conclusion that I am no longer a normal sized person so it just wasn't to happen - plus have you seen the prices now?!?!
Anyway I was charity shop browsing when I happened to see a lovely bright all in one. It was a child size but I thought for 30p why not?
After trying it on I realised that actually My boobs don't fit because children don't have them doh! Given that it seemed to fit well everywhere else I thought I'd take a chance on making it a two piece, turns out it was harder than I thought!
So far I've only created the bottom half, the top is not going so well but as soon as I've figured it out and completed it I'll be posting some pics... Yep that's right I photographed a majority of the steps so could try my very own tutorial...
